About this Role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Multilingual Personal Assistant to support daily administrative, personal, and logistical tasks. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English (US/UK), Arabic, and German, with strong communication skills and the ability to operate in fast-paced, multicultural environments.This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, discretion, and a service-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative & Executive Support Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar planning Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items Draft, proofread, and translate documents, emails, and presentations in English, Arabic, and German. 2. Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications Translate conversations, messages, and documents as needed Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence across multiple languages Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, vendors, and service providers. 3. Travel & Logistics Coordinate local and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transportation) Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute schedule changes Organize events, reservations, and personal logistics. 4. Personal Assistance Perform personal errands and manage household or lifestyle-related tasks Assist with online purchases, bookings, and follow-ups Support with financial tasks such as expense tracking and reporting. 5. Project & Task Management Support ongoing business or personal projects Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports Identify process improvements and streamline daily operations.

Preferred Qualities

Preferred • Experience working with international executives or multicultural environments. • Knowledge of travel planning systems or CRM tools. • Ability to work flexible hours to support executive needs.

Skills & Technologies

Fluency in English (US/UK), Arabic, and German (spoken and written).Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and digital tools.
