Key Responsibilities1. Administrative & Executive Support
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar planning
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
Draft, proofread, and translate documents, emails, and presentations in English, Arabic, and German.
2. Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications
Translate conversations, messages, and documents as needed
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence across multiple languages
Maintain professional communication with clients, partners, vendors, and service providers.
3. Travel & Logistics
Coordinate local and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transportation)
Prepare detailed itineraries and manage last-minute schedule changes
Organize events, reservations, and personal logistics.
4. Personal Assistance
Perform personal errands and manage household or lifestyle-related tasks
Assist with online purchases, bookings, and follow-ups
Support with financial tasks such as expense tracking and reporting.
5. Project & Task Management
Support ongoing business or personal projects
Conduct research and prepare summaries or reports
Identify process improvements and streamline daily operations.
