About this Role
We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX Designer with at least 1 year of experience who can design visually compelling and user-friendly digital interfaces. The ideal candidate should have strong UI/UX fundamentals, a good eye for aesthetics, and hands-on experience with Web3-style design, modern design trends, and Adobe Illustrator.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate project requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
• Design intuitive and visually stunning interfaces for web, mobile, and Web3 applications.
• Create icons, illustrations, and visual assets using Adobe Illustrator.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to deliver pixel-perfect outputs.
• Integrate KYC/AML compliance systems, payment gateways, and fiat on/off ramps.
• Conduct basic user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing.
• Ensure all designs are responsive, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated with the latest UI trends, Web3 aesthetics, and interaction design standards.
• Provide clear design documentation and assets for seamless developer handoff.
Preferred Qualities
• Experience designing dashboards, dApp interfaces, or Web3 product UI.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, micro-interactions, or animation tools.
• Exposure to blockchain, NFTs, crypto products, or decentralized platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or fast-paced startup environments.
Skills & Technologies
• Minimum 1+ year of professional experience in UI/UX design.• Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects (especially Web3 or modern futuristic styles).• Expertise in Figma or Adobe XD for UX flows and UI design.• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for icons, graphics, and custom illustrations.• Understanding of Web3 design, gradients, futuristic UI themes, and crypto/dApp design patterns (bonus if previously worked on such projects).• Solid knowledge of UX principles, visual hierarchy, and responsive design.
