About this Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Professional to expand Namifyx's client base, identify new business opportunities, and build long-term strategic relationships. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and digital products, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and digital channels. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline for IT and digital solution services. • Client Relationship Management Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and propose suitable IT solutions. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Sales & Strategy Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pricing tailored to client requirements. Collaborate with the technical team to design customized solutions for clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with company goals. • Market & Competitor Research Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry demands to identify opportunities for expansion. Provide strategic recommendations to improve company offerings. • Coordination & Reporting Work closely with the marketing and delivery teams to align business strategies. Prepare regular reports on sales progress, pipeline status, and forecast predictions.

Preferred Qualities

• Minimum 3+ years working with IT agencies, software companies, or digital solution providers. • Familiarity with lead generation tools like LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM and email automation platforms. • Strong networking abilities & industry contacts.

Skills & Technologies

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing or related field.Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition—preferably in IT or digital services.Strong understanding of IT solutions such as web/app development, software services, CRM/ERP, cloud solutions & digital marketing.Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
